What to do

Change the wheel in the fastest possible time!

• Start position is with one wheel fitted to the hub with 4 wheel nuts. 
• The participant can kneel, sit or stand in front of the hub, whatever they feel most comfortable with. 
• The participant can position the spare wheel & impact gun wherever they prefer but both must be on the ground. 
• The participant will start the timer without touching the spare wheel or impact gun. 
• Grab the impact gun & remove the 4 wheel nuts. 
• Remove the wheel & place it on the floor to the side. 
• Grab the spare wheel & place it centrally on the hub. 
• Fit the 4 wheel nuts & tighten with the impact gun. 
• Stop the timer!
• The Formula-fun adjudicator will check the fitment of the wheel & tightness of the wheel nuts. 
  • The wheel must be central, straight & tight on the hub. 
  • The wheel nuts must be tight so they cannot be spun by hand. 
• The run will be confirmed good or foul by the Formula-fun adjudicator. 
• Photo of participant with time displayed will be taken & official time recorded. 
   

Rules

• Participants are allowed one practice run & one official timed run per show/event. 
• If the official timed run is deemed as foul, one additional attempt is permitted. 
• A second foul attempt will result in no official timed run being posted. 
• Further entries/attempts are allowed at a separate show/event. 
• This is a solo event, assistance from another person in any way is not allowed. 
• Each participant will start & stop the timer themselves. 
• Photo evidence will be taken of each participant next to the stopwatch. 
• Any decision from the official Formula-fun adjudicator is final. 
• Breaking of any of the Rules or Terms & Conditions will result in disqualification. 

 Terms & Conditions

• Participants must be 16 years or older. 
• Anyone under 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent. 
• The prize is subject to the standard Formula-fun Ltd car rental Terms & Conditions. 
• The winner of this competition does not have to receive the prize, it can be gifted to a person or persons of their choosing. 
• By entering this competition I agree to the use of my name & any images taken to be used by Formula-fun Ltd for marketing & promotional use including posting on social media. 
• The fastest of the (FOTD) will be announced after each show/event on social media. 
• The Top 10 Leader board will be updated & displayed on the Website. 
• The winner of the competition will be contacted & announced after the end of the last show/event of the season. (End of September 2026). 
• The prize is valid for 6 months so must be booked & used before the end of March 2027. 
• A list of available track day dates & locations will be provided to the winner.

• I am physically able to carry out all tasks required including lifting & moving of the wheels. 
• I have no medical conditions or injuries that prevent me from carrying out the tasks required for this competition. 
• I fully understand the risks involved in participating in this competition and accept full responsibility.
